NEW YEAR’S EVE AT DOLORES
End the year in style and let Dolores set the scene for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve. We look forward to a festive evening where we pull out all the stops on food, wine, and atmosphere – and we can already promise that you won’t go to bed hungry or thirsty.
The evening naturally begins with a glass of Bernard Remy Champagne and a selection of delicate snacks.
This is followed by a four-course menu accompanied by a wine pairing featuring some of our favourite producers.
Dinner concludes with coffee and petits fours, and at 11:30 PM we’ll send you home with a festive “surprise bag to go” – including something to toast to the new year in style.
Look forward to a warm and elegant celebration where we take care of everything – all you have to do is relax, enjoy the company, and let 2026 begin in the very best hands.

BRITISH CHRISTMAS AT DOLORES
Head Chef Max wants to begin by offering every guest a warm culinary hug in the form of a Christmas-spiced menu inspired by his English roots – a loving interpretation of the dishes he grew up with, served with a modern, playful touch.
Max Allen’s “British Christmas” features everything from croquettes with cauliflower and cheese to beets with goat’s cheese and honey, roasted Brussels sprouts with chestnut cream and bacon, and a classic roast turkey with crispy potatoes, cranberries and tarragon sauce – and of course warm and sticky sticky toffee pudding for dessert.
The Christmas menu is served as a shared set menu for 495,- per person.
