Community Dinner at DOLORES!
Every first Wednesday of the month, we set the table for Community Dinner at DOLORES – an informal long-table evening where Carlsberg Byen and the rest of Copenhagen come together over food, wine, and good conversation.
The menu centres around one generous dish, served in the middle of the table and shared, as it is meant to be. It is food that brings people together. Generous, straightforward, and created to be enjoyed in good company, while glasses are refilled and conversations are free to take their own course.
The price for all Community Dinners is 175,-
Drinks are ordered on the evening from DOLORES’ menu, allowing you to shape the experience in your own way – whether that is a glass of wine, a cocktail, or something else entirely.

Tarka Dahl, rice, pickled red onion, naan bread and yoghurt
1st of April
Thai green vegetable curry, jasmine rice, cucumber and herb salad
3rd of June
Roasted new potatoes, wild garlic pesto, cannellini beans, fennel and radish salad and pangratata
1st of July
Courgette tagine, hummus, cous cous and flat breads
5th of August
Briam with roasted vegetables, greek salad with feta and flatbreads
2nd of September
Yu xiang style aubergine, smacked cucumber salad and sticky rice
7th of October
Mushroom risotto with mushrooms from funga farm, toasted buckwheat sage and parmigiana
4th of November
Roasted celeriac, puy lentils, roasted carrots and salsa verde
2nd of December
Mexican bean chilli, rice and sour cream
